This supports operators in meeting their inspection and operational obligations and in ensuring system availability.

As part of the maintenance, we inspect all relevant components of your battery-supported power supply systems. The objective is to assess the technical condition, identify deviations at an early stage, and ensure proper system operation.

Our scope of services includes, among others:

• General functional test of the system
• Inspection of environmental conditions, including room temperature
• Inspection of the charging unit and charging characteristics, including any necessary adjustments
• Performance of load tests
• Individual block and cell measurements under load
• Measurement of cell temperatures
• Inspection and adjustment of deep discharge protection
• Technical cleaning of switching devices and batteries, if required
• Inspection and correction of electrolyte levels
• Inspection of cell and block connectors
• Initiation of equalizing charge if required
• Visual and functional inspection of continuous and emergency lighting

All measurements and tests performed are fully documented. The recorded measurement results are processed by our IT systems, professionally evaluated, and finally assessed. Documentation is provided in the inspection log, supplemented by a structured test report, which will be made available to you afterward.

Maintenance is carried out by qualified specialist personnel. Suitable measuring equipment and standardized testing procedures are used to ensure high testing quality, traceable results, and maximum operational reliability.
